There’s not too many actors you would think off when it comes to voicing the Horseman of the Apocalypse, Death. Michael Clarke Duncan obviously springs to mind but I’d never really thought of Michael Wincott (an actor who really should be bigger than he is), which doesn’t make sense because his gravelly tones really suit the character in this Darksiders 2 trailer. Especially when dispassionately explaining that whilst he wants to help his brother (War), he doesn’t give a single solitary shit about you!
You, too, can speak like Wincott. Just smoke 50 a day and gargle with rocks!
Check out the latest trailer for THQ/Vigil Games’ Darksiders 2. The game looks stunning, the gameplay looks brutal and add Wincott in the role his voice was born to play (that makes sense, right?) and we could be looking at something special when the game released (on August 14th for those lucky Yanks and 21st for those of us in Europe)
